RedOptima's Pilot Timeline
The Inception Meeting
aka a Kick-off meeting, this session enables the Pilot user and RedOptima to align on goals and schedule the pilot
1. Your Goals
Be prepared to clearly articulate your ideas and goals for what you want out of an AI-driven proactive approach. What use would you like to get from a pre-emptive approach to road safety? What does success look like during a pilot?
2. Mutual Benefit & Expectation management
Although this is a cost-free pilot to you and is as beneficial to you as it is to RedOptima, there are hard deliverables on both sides. We expect cooperation during the delivery of the pilot and regular vision alignment discussions to ensure we are all on the same page!
3. Housekeeping
We will go through the Mutual Action Plan (see below) and begin to fill it in. We shall also schedule in weekly operational calls to go through the MAP and any other business. Finally, we'll walkthrough the RedOptima Portal.
